Hot Springs, Arkansas – November 14, 2025 – Wilson Auctioneers has sold over $9,000,000 in Lake Hamilton homes in 2025. The achievement was reached following the successful auction of the Wilson Point neighborhood home on Lake Hamilton, which brought in a total sales price of $2,310,000.

The Wilson Point auction drew exceptional national interest, with registered bidders representing over 10 different states and more than 90 registered participants competing for the coveted lakefront property.

QUITMAN, AR — Wilson Auctioneers, Inc. is proud to announce the successful sale of Two JJ Ranch at public auction on October 30th, 2025 for a total purchase price of $5,611,265.00.

The highly anticipated event drew bidders from 14 different states, with over 75 onsite bidders and 90 online participants competing for this exceptional property. In total, 20 tracts were sold to 9 different winning bidders, reflecting strong national interest and robust competition.

The auction was conducted by NAA Hall of Fame Auctioneer Joe Wilson, whose decades of experience and expertise helped guide the event to a successful conclusion.

The Trustee from Centennial Bank expressed great satisfaction with the auction’s outcome, stating they were “very pleased and happy for the new buyers of this beautiful ranch.”

Wilson Auctioneers Announces the Sale of the USDA Cotton Classing Building in Dumas, Arkansas

Wilson Auctioneers, Inc. Successfully Sells USDA Cotton Classing Office in Dumas, Arkansas for $445,500

DUMAS, AR – August 20, 2025 – Wilson Auctioneers, Inc. announced the successful sale of the USDA Cotton Classing Office located at 996 Highway 65 South in Dumas, Arkansas. The auction was held on Tuesday, August 19th at 11:00 AM, attracting strong interest from buyers across the region.

A total of 12 registered bidders competed for the property. Bidding opened at $100,000 and  reached $405,000 within minutes. The property sold for a final purchase price of $445,500.

The seller was Simmons Bank Trust Department, representing the Peterson Trust.

The buyer has announced their intent to continue leasing the facility to the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service Cotton & Tobacco Program for its ongoing cotton classing operations in Dumas. Additional plans for the remainder of the property are under consideration, with more details to be announced soon.
